La Perla Exotica is a unique private property with two villas and breathtaking ocean and mountain views, on the outskirts of the Orotava Valley, one of the greenest and most prestigious areas of Tenerife. The estate sits on a 4,300 m² plot in a quiet, safe area, a five-minute drive from the beach and Puerto de la Cruz, with supermarkets a short walk away.
Both villas were fully renovated with top-quality materials. There are two private pools: an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, surrounded by palm trees and Japanese roses, and a heated indoor pool with warm, delicate lighting, a real volcanic-stone wall and a pool bar.
The gardens are filled with palm trees and Canarian flowers, with paths leading to a small private chapel, traditional benches and Roman and exotic sculptures. An automatic gate opens onto parking for more than 15 cars, and there is a BBQ area, outdoor dining under the palms and a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football and backgammon. All of it is reserved for your group alone.
